Orders & Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and confirmed at checkout. An order is accepted once you receive our confirmation email. If a listed price is clearly wrong, we will contact you before dispatch — you are never charged more than the confirmed total.
Warranty
Every tap, mixer and shower carries a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, on top of the 7-day money-back guarantee. Finish damage from abrasive cleaners is not covered — a care guide ships with every fitting.
Fitting Services
Booked plumbing visits carry fixed written quotes. If our fitter finds extra work on site, nothing proceeds without your approval. Contact us at hello@pipehavensupply.com with any question about these terms.
